There are NO check-ins, you can give personality details but no exact poses, may be white + shaded, minimal color, or fully colored, but there's no promise what you'd get exactly! (full price gets colored) And only 1 edit requests after it's been send. (No redos)
I'll tell the minimun and maximun price you can pay for this doodle, (ex: For 2 characters you can pay me 16-40€) you pay upfront fully and wait for it!

These are very different to my pre-made characters I sell, they're cheaper due to not having gone through revisions. Here I'd give it the same treatment as if it's my character, this takes months with a lot of art. (Between 3-10 pieces of art, excluding the final "finalized" fullbody.)
I'm selective as I'm already undercharging myself for 12 to 40 hours of work and the amount of engagement I need from your side. I'm only picking up ideas that are inspiring for me, open to interpretation and the client gives me enough feedback/information I can work with.Phase 1 is brainstormed sketches (doodles or doodle page, 1-2 pieces of work), then phase 2 is adjustments and testing if it's comfortable to draw (doodle page), phase 3 I try to color it if it didn't happen on phase 1 (1-4 pieces with variants), phase 4 where I finalize the design and give you a fullbody piece of art (can have variants, an expression sheet, anatomy notes) as to serve as a mini ref.
*There may be more art, it's very situationalI do these by payment plans, I don't take full upfront pay to avoid ghosting mid-progress (this has happened, it took me 2 years to finish that commission) and to price according to how smoothly my progress went.Phase 1: 30-45€ > Phase 2: 40-60€ > Phase 3: 40-60€ > Phase 4: 100-250€
Phase 1 and 4 require upfront payment, phase 2 and 3 you get an estimate after it's been finished due to how unpredictable these phases are. I do NOT skip phases, I won't take new design commissions from you if you didn't pay the last design commissions fully off, and may not take commissions/sales from you all together.I heavily suggest to have at least 300€, even if it's likely you're going to pay less. It always costs you at least 150€.

Honestly, these will vary heavily. I'll often allow this with you only paying for your own character... But if I really dig your idea, I may discount it more. I may give extra costs still (never fully priced for multiple characters) if it's a complex idea or it feels OOC for me.After dark art often gets a 20% charge

-DIGITAL ART-0. The client will be upfront and clear with what they want, and will not try to lie about intentions to avoid costs intentionally. The client will never be shamed by me for what they want and understands I only try to assist. All messages will be kept private.1. Regardless of license, credit must always be provided, which must be clear and not obscured by hiding it intentionally.
^{A. Putting my credits on a credits page with other artists is accepted, as long the link isn’t hidden and/or unclear.
B. If reuploaded, my credit shouldn’t be obscured by a wall of text or image, it must be on the top or bottom, at normal size and not minimalized.
C. For products, the watermarked version must be used UNLESS we have a commercial license.}2. Once received, you’re allowed with your personal usage license: Make small scale (less than 15) production which should not profit you and isn’t used to promote anything without a license upgrade3. Full refunds are only provided before the sketch has been started/before the first control check, after that, it’ll only be a partial refund depending on the state of completion.4. The client will receive a watermarked an unwatermarked file of the art, the unwatermarked version should ALWAYS be kept private and shouldn’t be shared publicaly , the watermarked version can be freely shared everywhere. This is to avoid unauthorized use by third parties, I may void help in take-down requests if you ignore this.5. Edits may be made, up to a degree: Flipping, rotating, cropping, etc is allowed, minor edits with programs such as editing to make the art “up-to-date” after time passed, add non-political objects, identity flags/markings is allowed.
Adding/editing text is not allowed*, edits to stir drama or offense towards anyone, adding sexual edits on nonsexual art is not allowed.6. You're responsible for archiving your art, I may not be able to recover old commissions. If it has been more than a month, you must give a (rough) date and I'll try to search for it.*^{Why not allow text edits? It’s more trouble than it’s worth, I can make a list of yes and no of what you can add... But that’s too authoritative for my liking. I rather just not allow it than play police.}

-PHYSICAL-0. All products are stored in a smoke-free home with a cat. If not produced by me, the customer can find the producer on site. The client can ask what the product contains, but I may not always have the exact answers. I may not be able to explain it fully if my providers of materials aren’t upfront with me.1. The client won’t be able to request a refund once the product arrives without problems, especially if there's no evidence of damage2. The product may be resold with credit, such as a link back to the site.3. If the product gets destroyed, damaged or lost in mail, evidence must be INSTANTLY photographed and reported once discovered. The client should not touch the product until I say it's fine. The client is legible for compensation by refunds or a replacement, which will be discussed privately and vary per product. (Products over 50 euro are ensured, progress may take longer but you'll be updated as soon as I get updates)4. Unless the product is custom made for you, your purchase is NOT a purchase of the design, you do not have the right to copy or claim ownership of the character design or pattern.5. Offensive usage of products may lead to an indefinitely suspension of all physical products. My opinions and beliefs aren’t reflective with what my customer does with my products, unless a live public response can be seen under/linked to the post.6. Repair assistance may not be offered if there’s been alterations, if it’s left in the original state, advice can be given. I give advice for minor damage, I'll allow shipbacks for major damage within 3 weeks of reasonable use. (After that, I'll require a fee) -This excludes postage damage-

0. If the art is premade, you only need to read this! Rules that still apply will be highlighted. In regards to credit, depends per site! Ask me and tell me where you'd use them, but the safe choice is to link here either way!1. No refunds will be given if the art is pre-made due to art being already completed, if not pre-made, read the DIGITAL TOS as it applies.2. Rule 4 and 1 of the DIGITAL TOS applies, you'll receive the unwatermarked version once payment is received.3. Characters sold are priced for PERSONAL use, for commercial use, contact me and I'm happy to figure out a price! You may contact me at a later date as well, as long you notify me as soon as possible.4. For editing and using the pre-made art, rule 5 and 1 applies from DIGITAL TOS5. Once payment has been processed, the character is all yours to do with as you will. I will NEVER:
-Disallow/force changes in design
-Lock/disallow you to sell or trade this character

^{A. You're free to make alternative designs THAT are attached to this character (Alternative universe, transformed or different forms, etc) as long they're not separated when traded/sold.
B. Making familial designs that hold some resemblance with enough distinction is fine, as long it's more than a few marking and color changes, if it's got a different silhouette, you're fine.
C. Rule A can be discussed if it's similar to a rule 7 situation.}In regards to crediting; you don't have to credit me every time you use your character! Credit me on their character/info page (like Toyhou.se, personal sites, etc) or/and on the refsheet. Please credit me when you post about them for the first time! Don't mislead people that you made the design or claim it as your own.-I do not use public "blacklists" or anything that may result in harassment, I don't require the current owner to contact me if they're trading/selling their character, but they're still free to as it's appreciated!-
